We keep shipping costs as low as possible:
We only charge the actual shipping costs that TNT charges us. There are no transaction costs, packing costs or material costs. All items are packed well and sent as much as possible in used cartons, in order to be able to keep the costs low for you.
Private sale:
Currently netkabels.nl is still a private holding. All VAT is pre-paid when the products are aquired. It is therefore impossible to provide an invoice stating VAT (for example, for you to claim back)
Warranty:
Nevertheless, we stand behind our products. All CP-audio products are covered by two years of warranty. Defects are very rare but in case or problems you can always contact us. Even if a year has passed, we will do what we can to come to a satisfying solution.
